About The Position
Mountain Youth Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk Management Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of our organization’s risk management strategies. This role will help identify potential risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in maintaining a safe and secure operational environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating organizational risks
- Maintain and update risk management policies and procedures
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Coordinate risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Track and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and mitigation efforts
- Collaborate with departments to implement risk reduction strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Maintain documentation related to risk and compliance activities
