About The Position
Marrakech, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator of Risk Management to conduct abuse and neglect investigations, support Workers' Compensation processes, and ensure compliance with state reporting requirements. This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary of $47,626. The work is in person in Woodbridge, Connecticut, and at agency locations throughout Connecticut.
Requirements
- Strong interviewing, communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
- High School Diploma/GED with relevant investigation or disability services experience considered.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Law, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct abuse and neglect investigations and review incident reports.
- Recommend employment actions based on investigation findings.
- Assist with Workers' Compensation claims, reporting, and accident investigations.
- Maintain required documentation and records.
- Work with insurance carriers, treatment centers, and agency departments.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
