About The Position

Marrakech, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator of Risk Management to conduct abuse and neglect investigations, support Workers' Compensation processes, and ensure compliance with state reporting requirements and agency policies. The role is full-time and exempt, based in person in Woodbridge, Connecticut, with work at agency locations throughout Connecticut. The stated annual salary is $47,626.

Requirements

Strong interviewing, communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
A high school diploma or GED with relevant investigation or disability services experience is considered.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Law, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct abuse and neglect investigations and review incident reports.
Recommend employment actions based on investigation findings.
Assist with Workers' Compensation claims, reporting, and accident investigations.
Maintain required documentation and records.
Work with insurance carriers, treatment centers, and agency departments.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
