About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Ride Attendant to support guest safety across pools, hot tubs, slides, attractions, and interactive features in indoor and outdoor waterpark areas. The role involves helping guests use attractions and answering questions while providing responsive, friendly, and courteous service. Ride Attendants are expected to contribute to a welcoming experience and reflect Kalahari’s commitment to leading with love. The starting rate is $14.00.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Knowledge of the waterpark and resort.
- Must attend and pass Ride Attendant Training.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Assist guests with attractions and answer their questions.
- Ensure the safety of guests in indoor and outdoor waterpark areas.
