About The Position

Acrisure is seeking an RFP Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of broker Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) across the business. The role coordinates with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling, and timely submissions. It reports to the Director of Product Marketing. The specialist reviews solicitation documents, drafts and edits proposal content using established messaging and templates, verifies submissions, and maintains the RFP content library. The role also tracks submission status and outcomes and identifies patterns or process gaps. RFP responses help demonstrate Acrisure’s ability to execute and differentiate its solutions as the company’s portfolio grows.

Requirements

Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Organized and comfortable managing several deadline-driven tasks at once.
Able to coordinate across departments and keep a process moving without direct authority over contributors.
Comfortable with SharePoint, Excel, and similar tools.
3–5 years of experience in a proposal, RFP, marketing, or related coordination role.

Nice To Haves

Proposal software experience.
Interest in insurance, financial services, or another complex B2B industry.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales or subject matter experts.
Experience in the insurance brokerage or employee benefits consulting industry.

Responsibilities

Manage broker RFP/RFI response execution from intake through submission, following established timelines and review steps.
Review RFP/RFI documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines, and flag matters requiring escalation.
Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other subject matter experts to gather content and keep responses on schedule.
Draft and edit proposal content using existing messaging and templates, tailoring language to each buyer when needed.
Check submissions against formatting, content, and delivery requirements before sending them.
Maintain and organize the RFP content library, keeping messaging, boilerplate, and past responses current and easy to find.
Track submission status and outcomes, and flag patterns or process gaps to the manager.
