About The Position

Hex is hiring for its Revenue Systems team to architect the operating system for its growing Revenue organization. The role co-owns the revenue technology stack and serves as the technical partner for the Revenue organization, ensuring business systems scale reliably. Work includes lead routing, data management, quote-to-cash processes, and automation. The position collaborates with stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data to build a CRM foundation that supports growth, seller productivity, automation, and data integrity. It reports to the Head of Revenue Systems and involves full-cycle ownership, from process design and discovery through configuration, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst.
Deep Salesforce expertise, including data models, automation, reporting, and governance.
Proven ability to design scalable go-to-market processes and translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
Strong technical skills, including comfort with iPaaS platforms and integrations outside Salesforce.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and pragmatism about AI applications that drive go-to-market leverage.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce architecture end-to-end, ensuring scalability, stability, and clarity.
Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through delivery, including process design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Design systems with cross-functional teams to support efficient lead-to-revenue processes, including lead routing, quote-to-cash, and data hygiene.
Integrate and optimize go-to-market tools such as Outreach, Gong, and HubSpot with Salesforce to deliver seamless data flow.
Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives by evaluating opportunities for automation and proactive insights.
