About The Position

The Revenue Recovery Specialist identifies and resolves operational, compliance, billing, insurance, and payment gaps that delay revenue on completed work. The role supports Managed Repair Program (MRP), TPA, and insurance-direct files and serves as the financial extension of CORE Compliance for program work. The specialist works across CORE, Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance, carriers, and TPA partners to move files through financial closeout. The position requires someone who can independently manage a large file queue remotely and communicate clearly and firmly with field offices and outside partners. The specialist reviews files for financial, compliance, or workflow issues that block payment; monitors program milestones; verifies required documentation and approvals; identifies funds and draws that have not been requested; coordinates billing; tracks payments; and confirms financial and program requirements before closeout. The role also works with internal teams and external partners to resolve workflow gaps, provides corrective coaching and training, escalates recurring issues, and supports research and claims for ATI's unclaimed property.
