About The Position

The Revenue Recovery Specialist identifies and resolves operational, compliance, billing, insurance, and payment gaps that delay revenue on completed work. The role supports Managed Repair Program (MRP), TPA, and insurance-direct files and serves as the financial extension of CORE Compliance for program work. It works across CORE, Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance, carriers, and TPA partners to move files through financial closeout. The successful candidate is self-directed and organized enough to manage a large file queue remotely, and communicates clearly and firmly with field offices and external partners. The position provides oversight of revenue recovery and compliance issues across insurance-related work, works with office leadership to resolve workflow issues, provides corrective training, and escalates unresolved or recurring issues to the Revenue Recovery Manager and appropriate leadership. The position is primarily remote, with travel as needed for office training, compliance reviews, and operational support. Work involves managing a large file queue and coordinating with field offices, carriers, and TPA partners.
