Revenue Marketing Director

Urban Ridge Supplies•New York, NY
•$200,000 - $225,000

About The Position

Veho is hiring a Director of Revenue Marketing to build and own its revenue marketing engine end to end. The role turns market opportunity into consistent, predictable pipeline and revenue by connecting new-logo acquisition, nurture, referrals, paid media, account-based marketing, retargeting, and conversion into one system for priority segments. The Director will establish an always-on demand motion that keeps Veho relevant throughout long buying cycles and creates clear paths from prospect engagement to qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on builder role: some components exist, but the complete engine has not yet been built. The Director will determine investment priorities, test and scale effective approaches, and stop ineffective activity. They will make paid media accountable to qualified pipeline, build a repeatable referral program, establish a shared operating rhythm with Sales and RevOps, and create attribution and reporting to guide decisions. They will also test new acquisition channels, develop the groundwork for account-based programs in priority verticals, and apply AI to targeting, segmentation, nurture, optimization, experimentation, and analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years owning a demand or revenue marketing function end to end, rather than managing only a single channel.
  • Experience building or materially rebuilding a demand engine in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Direct experience owning paid media strategy and managing agency relationships with clear, dollar-tied performance accountability.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps on pipeline, attribution, funnel performance, and revenue.
  • Experience marketing products with considered buying cycles where most of the market is not actively buying at any given time.
  • Ability to build systems from the ground up, make commercial decisions based on SQOs, pipeline, conversion, and revenue, and connect multiple demand channels into a unified engine.
  • Analytical ability to work with data, build attribution logic, and make investment decisions independently.
  • Ability to design and run structured experiments, learn quickly, discontinue ineffective approaches, and scale effective ones.
  • Practical experience using AI to improve targeting, analysis, optimization, and execution, with tangible examples.
  • Ability to act as a player-coach, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and move work forward with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of revenue marketing across new-logo acquisition, nurture, referrals, paid media, ABM, retargeting, and conversion.
  • Build an integrated demand engine that generates consistent, predictable pipeline across priority segments.
  • Create an always-on demand motion, including programs, sequencing, content, triggers, and experiences that engage prospects before they are ready to buy and guide them toward qualified pipeline.
  • Work backward from SQOs, pipeline, and revenue to set marketing investment priorities; test channels, scale what works, and stop what does not.
  • Develop a repeatable, always-on referral program with clear mechanics, incentives, ownership, and measurement.
  • Own paid media strategy and the agency relationship, including budget allocation, channel mix, testing, and performance accountability against qualified pipeline.
  • Establish a shared operating cadence with Sales and RevOps around MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, closed-won, and closed-lost performance.
  • Build attribution and reporting to identify pipeline sources, funnel friction, and opportunities to improve.
  • Test new acquisition channels and develop account-based programs in priority verticals.
  • Apply AI to targeting, segmentation, nurture, optimization, experimentation, and analysis to improve decisions and execution speed.
  • Set strategy while remaining hands-on, particularly as the revenue marketing function is being built.
  • Align Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and senior leaders around performance, priorities, and next steps.
