Revenue Enablement Leader

C1•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

C1.ai is hiring a Revenue Enablement Leader to build and lead the company’s revenue enablement function as its field scales. The role owns enablement for sellers, solutions engineers, customer success managers, and partners, with a focus on measurable revenue outcomes such as ramp time, win rate, and pipeline rather than course completion. The leader will set the enablement strategy and roadmap with sales, customer success, partner, and marketing leaders; build role-based onboarding and certification; and run enablement with an AI-first approach. The position also owns the enablement technology stack, including the CMS and LMS and their integrations with Salesforce and conversation intelligence. It partners with product marketing on launch readiness, reinforces a consistent sales methodology, equips front-line managers to coach, and extends programs across regions and partners. The role leads major field events and communications, defines enablement KPIs, and reports on behavior change and revenue impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, has experience enabling teams selling technical products, and can demonstrate measurable improvements to ramp time, win rates, or quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue or sales enablement, including 3+ years leading the function.
  • Daily, practical use of AI, experience replacing manual enablement processes with AI workflows and agents, and a clear point of view on AI’s impact on how sellers learn and sell.
  • Experience owning a CMS and LMS end to end, including selection, implementation, governance, and adoption, and understanding their connections to CRM and conversation intelligence.
  • Ability to demonstrate programs that reduced ramp time, increased win rates, or improved quota attainment, with supporting results.
  • Experience enabling teams selling technical products to CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, and AI leaders, with enough technical knowledge to earn credibility with solutions engineers.
  • Knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC and experience driving consistent adoption across a field team.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution and build programs while the team is small.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and an emerging, fast-shifting category.
  • High ownership, a commitment to raising the bar, and focus on customer and seller success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security, identity, or infrastructure.
  • Experience building enablement for partners or international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue enablement strategy and roadmap, setting priorities with sales, customer success, partner, and marketing leaders and tying programs to revenue outcomes.
  • Design role-based onboarding for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and CSMs, and certify the team on the company pitch, discovery, and demos.
  • Use AI to generate content, analyze calls, run role-play, personalize coaching, and train the field to use AI in prospecting, deal execution, and account planning.
  • Own the CMS and LMS end to end, integrate them with Salesforce and conversation intelligence, and drive adoption.
  • Partner with product marketing to turn product releases, competitive shifts, and pricing changes into training, talk tracks, and certifications.
  • Embed a structured qualification framework such as MEDDPICC in deal reviews, forecasting, and manager coaching.
  • Equip front-line managers with coaching tools, call insights, and playbooks to reinforce skills.
  • Scale enablement programs across EMEA and VAR and channel partners.
  • Lead sales kickoff, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing field communications.
  • Define enablement KPIs, report on behavior change and revenue impact, and discontinue programs that do not improve results.
