About The Position

Nexthink is hiring a Senior Enablement Manager for its Revenue Acceleration team, which supports approximately 400 go-to-market representatives across seven roles and the US, EMEA, META, and APAC. This senior individual-contributor role has significant autonomy and owns the end-to-end new-representative ramp program, from pre-hire welcome through first deal close and confirmed productivity. The role designs and executes onboarding across GTM roles, builds a structured curriculum, defines and tracks role-based time-to-productivity benchmarks, and continuously improves ramp outcomes. It coordinates with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, RevOps, hiring managers, frontline leaders, and the broader enablement team so onboarding reflects current workflows and GTM needs. The manager also maintains Nexthink’s definition of sales readiness, identifies gaps between onboarding and field requirements, and advocates for rep readiness using data and recommendations.
