•$131,500 - $182,000

About The Position

Engine is seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead its team of pod-level Revenue Enablement Managers (REMs), who support revenue teams across six business lines after new-hire onboarding. The manager will set expectations for how REMs partner with sales and account leaders, develop them into strategic advisors, and ensure ongoing enablement and everboarding improve performance. New-hire onboarding is owned by a partner team. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and leads a team. The manager will establish the REM operating model, shared standards, templates, and playbooks; coach team members; help prioritize work; and promote AI-first enablement practices. The role also provides hands-on coverage across business lines, diagnosing performance gaps and designing and delivering training, certifications, role-plays, coaching, and launch enablement as needed. The role requires deep understanding of Engine's businesses and close collaboration with revenue leaders and teams including Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, onboarding, and tools and systems. The manager will own continuous-learning programs after onboarding, define and track enablement KPIs, report impact to revenue leadership, and help ensure adoption and effective use of enablement tools. The position is preferably based in or near Engine hubs in Denver, Tempe, or Chicago, with remote candidates elsewhere in the United States also considered. Travel is expected about one week per month, as well as for major company events. The role has a base pay range of $131,500–$182,000 USD. All roles receive equity; depending on the role, compensation may also include an annual bonus.
