About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Training Specialist for Corporate Professional Billing supports quality assurance through new-hire training, refresher classes, and system training. The role executes training initiatives, works with system and performance reports, conducts one-on-one employee coaching, delivers training content, and regularly rounds with staff to support consistent adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in a healthcare setting, with direct experience in eligibility verification, scheduling, and registration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle functions, including insurance eligibility, billing processes, claims, denials, and account resolution.
• Familiarity with EHR and patient access systems, such as Allscripts, Cerner, or other applicable systems.
• Ability to analyze reports and identify training or performance trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and remain flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
