About The Position

The Revenue Cycle Billing Manager is responsible for the operational effectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of healthcare billing and revenue cycle activities. This role provides hands-on leadership across billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement. The position is based in Marietta, Georgia, and is hybrid and full-time.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Leadership experience managing billing teams.
• Strong Excel and billing system proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Home health or post-acute billing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and contractual requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop billing team members.
• Monitor and report revenue cycle KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues.
• Manage multiple EMR systems.
• Support system enhancements and payer changes.
