Revenue Cycle Educator
About The Position
The Revenue Cycle Learning Consultant II is primarily responsible for training and educating end-users across the Revenue Cycle. This includes computer system training and a broad variety of other general Revenue Cycle-related content. The individual works collaboratively on a team and shares education duties, including classroom instruction and credentialing, needs assessments, contributing to curriculum development and maintenance, developing and maintaining online education modules, quality reviews, and class scheduling and coordination. The role also includes special project assignments as needed, participation in workgroups to evaluate process changes and improvements, and assistance with system upgrades and new system implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or 8 years of experience in education or healthcare.
- 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience or 2 years of formal training experience.
- Demonstrated ability to present, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to teach and train and to manage classroom settings.
- Commitment to the success of students and coworkers at all levels.
- Ability to provide developmentally appropriate feedback to others at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and decorum.
- Critical-thinking, analytical, and reasoning skills for problem solving.

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
