Returns Processor
About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Returns Processor. The role opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations. The position is on the first shift, Tuesday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and pays $19.75 per hour. An attendance bonus is available to eligible employees. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods; six months of warehouse experience dealing with returns is sought. Duties include handling and processing returned freight, identifying items needing special processing, and directing scanned freight to the appropriate destination. The employee must follow safety and sanitation standards and may use powered material-handling equipment. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product; this may require using powered equipment.
- Verify that the proper item is in its original packaging before scanning.
- Accurately process freight using the scanning system.
- Identify items requiring special processing or separation, such as hazardous material, store services, research, or salvage.
- Ensure scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination, such as a slot, destroy, or salvage location.
- Stack and tape pallets safely.
- Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
