About The Position

As a Coordinator in the Distribution Center, you will help ensure merchandise reaches its designated end destination in a timely fashion. The role works closely with the leadership team to resolve problems and maintain inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and has no direct reports. The listed hourly rate is $19.75; a salary range of $20.19–$22.60 is also provided, with actual starting pay determined by work location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

• Ability to use or learn to use an RF scanner.
• Ability to work a preset schedule.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Understanding of English, both written and verbal, and ability to demonstrate English communication during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Perform department functions, including processing, material handling, and problem resolution.
• Resolve receipt issues with outside business partners.
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals.
• Verify that merchandise is received correctly.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
