About The Position

Quince is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for a night shift at its Carney’s Point, New Jersey location. The role offers $22.50 per hour for nights, with raises up to $23 per hour, guaranteed minimum hours, a consistent schedule, and overtime availability. Paid training is provided from the first day, and the company says it promotes from within as it grows.

The associate will be trained across a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, processing returns, maintaining inventory accuracy, collaborating with fellow associates, and raising issues to a manager. The role requires standing and walking for a full shift and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

• Be reliable and detail-oriented.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Be open to overtime when available.
• Be able to stand and walk for a full shift, and push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the day.
• Be able to lift up to 49 lbs. and push carts up to 60 lbs., with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect merchandise using computer systems.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Process returns and maintain accurate inventory.
• Work with other associates and flag issues to a manager.
• Take on different assignments as needed.
