About The Position

The Warehouse Returns Associate processes customer returns (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) accurately and promptly. Returned items must be verified, documented, and routed appropriately within 24 hours of receipt. The role includes inspecting products, verifying serial numbers, assessing condition, assigning the correct disposition, and updating return documentation and systems in accordance with company procedures.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately identify product condition and discrepancies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer returns within 24 hours of arrival at the facility.
• Inspect returned items to confirm they match the original product sold.
• Verify serial numbers against manufacturer packaging and system records.
• Assess product condition as new, used, or damaged.
• Assign the appropriate disposition: return new items to inventory or stock, send used items to the testing or inspection team, and route damaged items to the RTV (Return to Vendor) bin.
• Maintain accurate return documentation and system updates.
• Follow company procedures for handling and tracking returned merchandise.
