About The Position

The Returns Coordinator Lead is responsible for quality inspection and returns processing, including scanning and moving or staging furniture and materials using a double pallet jack or other equipment. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, facility cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and a safe and secure work environment. It also works with the Centralized Dispatch team, supervises nightly truck load-out, prints daily truck manifests, and cleans the warehouse near the returns area and dock doors as needed.

Requirements

Strong computer software skills; 1–2 years of experience.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment; 1–2 years of experience.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds frequently; 1–2 years of experience.
Ability to count accurately.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections and process returns, including scanning.
Move and stage furniture and materials using a double pallet jack or other equipment.
Keep facility equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly; perform daily facility inspections and minor maintenance.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to prescribed work methods.
Maintain appropriate records and reports to support inventory control and security.
Assist with and participate in physical inventories; ensure proper stock rotation.
Learn the responsibilities, procedures, and duties of other warehouse areas.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking, and scanning as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, neat, and orderly work area and help maintain building security.
Work with the Centralized Dispatch team.
Supervise nightly load-out for all trucks.
Print daily truck manifests.
Clean the warehouse near the returns area and dock doors as needed.
