About The Position

WTW is seeking interns for their Retirement consulting team. This role involves providing expertise in retirement consulting to support global organizations in optimizing the effectiveness of their employee retirement plans, whether defined benefit pension or defined contribution plans. Interns will learn about all services offered by WTW and how they complement the retirement consulting practice. The internship offers exposure to real client assignments, requiring analytical skills, data analysis, conclusion drawing, and presentation of results, contributing to the development of technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Requirements

  • Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management, actuarial science or any other major with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • For Actuarial students: Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
  • Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
  • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 through June 2028
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
