About The Position
WTW is seeking individuals for a Retirement Actuarial Internship in the Southeast for 2027. This role offers the opportunity to work within the Retirement consulting team, providing expertise to global organizations in optimizing their employee retirement plans, whether defined benefit pensions or defined contribution plans. Interns will learn about WTW's comprehensive services and how they enhance the retirement consulting practice. The internship provides exposure to real client assignments, requiring imagination, creativity, data analysis, conclusion drawing, and presentation of results, all of which contribute to building technical knowledge and industry expertise.
Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are considered restricted forms of employment eligibility. Candidates must be able to present another valid form of work authorization once these expire.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in retirement consulting to support global organizations in optimizing the effectiveness of their employee retirement.
- Work with clients to determine the right approach to designing, funding, investing, communicating, governing, and employee management for their retirement plans.
- Gain exposure to all services that WTW offers clients and how they complement and enhance the retirement consulting practice.
- Work alongside industry consultants on real client assignments.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results.
