About The Position

Retail Warehouse- Product Support Associates support the back-end operations that keep Bob’s Discount Furniture stores running smoothly. They stage showrooms, handle merchandise carefully, and help ensure customers receive service behind the scenes. Working closely with store leadership and visual merchandising, associates maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness. The role involves fast-paced physical tasks and teamwork in a retail schedule environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts, and manually handle furniture and visual staging elements.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience.
Familiarity with visual display setup and basic assembly tasks.
Customer service exposure or café support experience.
