About The Position
Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Product Support Associates to support store operations. The role involves receiving and staging merchandise, helping keep the showroom and warehouse safe and visually appealing, and contributing to a positive customer experience. It is a physical, in-store position in a fast-paced retail environment that requires flexibility, teamwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should bring reliability, attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork. The work includes handling and assembling merchandise, maintaining workspaces, and supporting customers and colleagues. Bob’s offers on-the-job training, career growth, and internal advancement. The expected base pay is $17.65 per hour, excluding potential commissions, incentives, or bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort with lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise.
- Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move furniture weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and showroom.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for assembly.
- Reliability, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
