Retail Outlet Warehouse Associate - Product Support
About The Position
Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Product Support Associates to help keep stores running smoothly. This hands-on, in-store role supports operations by receiving and staging merchandise and ensuring the showroom and warehouse meet safety and visual standards. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and readiness to support store operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates contribute to the customer experience by helping ensure furniture is ready for customers and store spaces are maintained. The role is suited to people who are reliable, attentive to detail, communicative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates work with merchandise, support product assembly and visual merchandising, maintain workspaces, and interact with customers and teammates. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise.
- Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move furniture weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and showroom.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for assembly.
- Reliability, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, organization, and safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities
