About The Position

Retail Warehouse- Product Support Associates support the back-end operations of Bob’s Discount Furniture stores. They help keep showrooms properly staged, handle merchandise with care, and support customer service behind the scenes. The role works closely with store leadership and visual merchandising to maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness. It involves fast-paced physical tasks, teamwork, and work in a retail schedule environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts.
• Ability to manually handle furniture and visual staging elements.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience.
• Familiarity with visual display setup and basic assembly tasks.

Responsibilities
