About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Product Support Associates to help keep its retail stores operating smoothly. The role supports store operations by receiving and staging merchandise and maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and visual standards of the showroom and warehouse. It is a hands-on, in-store position requiring flexibility, teamwork, and readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The associate helps deliver a positive customer experience while contributing to a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time or part-time work is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise.
• Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move furniture weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent walking throughout the warehouse and showroom.
• Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for assembly.
• Reliability, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
