About The Position

Retail Warehouse- Product Support Associates support the back-end operations of Bob’s Discount Furniture stores. They help keep showrooms properly staged, handle merchandise carefully, and support exceptional customer service behind the scenes. Working closely with store leadership and visual merchandising, they help maintain safety, cleanliness, inventory integrity, and showroom readiness. The role may be part-time or full-time and involves physical tasks in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and climb throughout shifts.
• Manually handle furniture and visual staging elements.

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or back-end retail experience.
