About The Position

The Retail Trade & Operations Expert applies hands-on retail expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The role involves reviewing and improving simulated retail scenarios, operational workflows, and written content so that AI outputs reflect authentic retail practices, standards, and compliance requirements. The position is open to professionals across retail-related subdomains, including pharmacy operations, retail supervision, general management, and private investigation in retail. No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the focus.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail trade, operations, or relevant subdomains.
• Ability to clearly explain complex operational processes and scenarios in written and verbal formats.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing and validating workflows, procedures, and case studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience implementing or advising on retail best practices and compliance requirements.
