About The Position

Apply retail trade and operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The role involves providing high-quality, real-world input to shape how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required. The opportunity is open to professionals in retail-related subdomains, including pharmacy, retail sales supervision, general and operations management, and private investigation, who have at least five years of hands-on retail operations expertise.

Review simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows, contribute industry insights, create and evaluate written content, validate problem-solving approaches, clarify terminology and context-specific challenges, and recommend improvements to AI outputs. Work remotely and collaborate through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail trade, operations, or relevant subdomains, such as pharmacy operations, retail supervision, general management, or private investigation in retail.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex operational processes and scenarios in written and verbal formats.
• Proven track record of implementing or advising on retail best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing and validating workflows, procedures, and case studies.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to high-quality, real-world accuracy in deliverables.
