About The Position

The Operations Expert helps keep store operations running smoothly by receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping golf equipment accurately and efficiently. The role supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations while following established procedures. The position is part-time, in-store in West Palm Beach, Florida; remote work is not offered, and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Experience picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments accurately.
• Working knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
• Ability to identify golf equipment by type, brand, model, and basic specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Available to work a flexible part-time seasonal schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move golf equipment and shipping packages as needed.

• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping software, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming golf equipment and inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.
• Verify product details, quantities, and order information to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage and warehouse areas.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and returns.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipping issues.
• Follow established procedures for inventory handling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with store and operations teams to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues.
• Support daily operational needs and high-volume seasonal demand.
