About The Position

The Operations Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by accurately and efficiently receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping golf equipment. This position is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders, and managing daily warehouse operations in adherence to established procedures. The role requires a candidate with at least three years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to tasks, and a good understanding of golf equipment. This is a part-time, in-store position located in Scottsdale, AZ, with no remote work options. Availability on weekends is mandatory.

Requirements

3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Experience picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments accurately.
Working knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
Ability to identify golf equipment by type, brand, model, and basic specifications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable, team-oriented, and available to work a flexible part-time seasonal schedule, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping software, or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming golf equipment and inventory.
Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.
Verify product details, quantities, and order information to maintain inventory accuracy.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage and warehouse areas.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and returns.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipping issues.
Follow established procedures for inventory handling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with store and operations teams to resolve inventory and fulfillment issues.
Support daily operational needs and high-volume seasonal demand.
