About The Position

The Software Developer will apply software engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The work involves providing high-quality, real-world programming input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required. The role is remote and contract-based.

The developer will design and implement scalable, maintainable, robust software solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies. They will review code, create and maintain technical documentation, contribute to software architecture decisions, analyze requirements, and provide programming examples and explanations for AI training datasets. Clear written and verbal communication is important for sharing findings, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a professional, consultant, or specialist in one or more of Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and reviewing complex software architectures and codebases.
• Strong background producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
• Experience with code review processes and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to explain complex software concepts clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams using digital communication tools.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts.
• Experience contributing to technology training datasets.

Responsibilities
