About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide friendly guest service and food experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform several roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member or prep cook, and barista. The role involves welcoming guests, helping them find products, preparing and serving food and beverages, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning, and supporting store promotions and loyalty programs. Team Members are expected to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and brand standards while resolving guest needs and contributing to an efficient, welcoming store. The listed schedule is the evening second shift, 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The employer provides paid training and career development, and promotes internal advancement. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Communicate clearly.
Be able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Have a team-first attitude and be coachable.
Be able to stand for the entire shift.
Be able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service that encourages them to return.
Build relationships with guests and identify and respond to their needs.
Prepare, sell, and help guests locate food items while maintaining food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Resolve guest issues and identify and communicate better ways of working.
Keep guest areas, kitchens, and equipment clean and uphold brand, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Operate a cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change while maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions as needed.
Participate in the Made to Order program, connect guests with the kitchen, and help guests use ordering kiosks and loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
Follow recipes and brand standards to produce consistent food offerings; support ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using the store’s equipment and selected coffee beans.
Work collaboratively across multiple position types during a shift.
