About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming, helpful service and quality food and beverage experiences. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform several roles during a shift, including guest service, cashiering, stocking, cleaning, food preparation, hosting, and barista duties. The role involves maintaining clean and safe store and kitchen areas, following brand and food-safety standards, handling transactions accurately, and helping guests find products, place orders, and learn about promotions and loyalty programs. Training is provided, and the company supports career growth and internal promotion.

The shift listed is 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The position may be available on either a part-time or full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide attentive service, build relationships, and help ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Work across multiple team-member roles as needed during a shift.
• Prepare, sell, and serve food while supporting quality, safety, and efficient food-service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the store, kitchen, restrooms, and work areas, and uphold brand standards.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, and help with marketing promotions.
• Help guests locate products, place orders through Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
• Follow recipes and food-safety standards; support kitchen responsibilities that may include ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the company’s equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Identify and resolve guest or teammate concerns and communicate ideas for improving how work is done.
