About The Position

Retail Team Members at Twice Daily & White Bison provide guest service and food experiences in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform duties across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service/prep cook, and barista. The role focuses on welcoming guests, building relationships, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store. Duties may include operating a cash register and handling payments, stocking shelves and inventory, cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas, preparing and selling food, maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, following recipes and brand standards, rotating products, managing inventory, promoting store offerings, and helping guests with orders and loyalty programs. Team Members may also prepare handcrafted beverages using company equipment; training is provided. This position is for the second shift, 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime availability is optional. The company offers part-time and full-time schedules.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Ability to perform basic math functions.

Welcome guests, provide friendly service, and build lasting relationships.
Identify guest and teammate needs, resolve issues, and communicate solutions effectively.
Perform duties across multiple positions during a shift, as cross-training requires.
Prepare, sell, and serve food while maintaining quality, safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, follow recipes and brand standards, and support product rotation and inventory management.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, and provide accurate change while maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and inventory, clean restrooms and other areas, and maintain a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
Promote current offerings, provide food and drink samples, assist guests with products and Made to Order kiosks, and support loyalty program enrollment.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using company equipment and selected coffee beans.
