About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and support food and beverage operations in a convenience retail setting. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member or prep cook, and barista. The role involves creating a positive guest experience, preparing and selling food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting store operations. The shift listed is 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Team Members receive training for their roles and may pursue career development and internal promotion opportunities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Able to stand for the entire shift.
Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and build positive relationships by learning and responding to their needs.
Deliver friendly, effective guest service and resolve guest issues so they want to return.
Support food service by preparing and selling food, helping guests find products, and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Keep the kitchen, equipment, restrooms, and other store areas clean and sanitary, and uphold brand standards.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves and inventory, and assist with ordering, product rotation, and inventory management as assigned.
Follow recipes and brand standards to produce consistent food offerings.
Prepare handcrafted beverages using company-provided training and equipment.
Promote food and drink offerings, provide samples, and help guests place orders through Made to Order kiosks and enroll in loyalty programs.
Identify guest and teammate needs, find solutions, and communicate opportunities to improve how work is done.
Perform multiple position functions during a shift as required.
