About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison are hiring a Retail Team Member to provide welcoming guest service and quality food and retail experiences. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform functions across multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member/prep cook, and barista. The position involves working in a fast-paced convenience-store environment and maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store.

The scheduled second shift is 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. The company provides training and career development and prefers to promote from within.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
• Team-first attitude and coachability.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and build relationships by understanding and responding to their needs.
• Deliver guest service and food experiences in a friendly, effective manner.
• Prepare, sell, and assist guests in finding food items while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve guest and teammate issues, identify solutions, and communicate better ways of working.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment throughout the store, including kitchen equipment and restrooms.
• Operate a cash register, collect payments, provide accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Stock shelves and inventory, and assist with marketing promotions.
• Personalize guest experiences, serve as a brand ambassador, and help guests use Made to Order kiosks and loyalty programs.
• Provide food and drink samples and inform guests about current offerings and promotions.
• Follow food recipes and brand standards, and support kitchen ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages using the store’s equipment and selected coffee beans.
• Work across multiple team-member functions as needed during a shift.
