About The Position

Twice Daily & White Bison is hiring a Retail Team Member to provide guests with friendly service and a quality food and beverage experience. Team Members are cross-trained and may perform multiple roles during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service team member or prep cook, and barista. The role involves welcoming guests, learning their needs, helping them find products and place orders, promoting current offerings, and resolving guest concerns. Team Members also support food preparation and service, kitchen and store cleanliness, stocking, cash handling, and maintaining brand, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Training is provided for the role. The position is scheduled for the evening second shift, 2 PM–10 PM. Weekend availability is preferred, and overtime is optional. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Clear communication skills.
Able and willing to lift and stock inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
Accountable, reliable, and punctual.
Team-first attitude and coachability.
Able to stand for the entire shift.
Able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service.
Build relationships with guests, understand their needs, and help ensure they leave satisfied.
Perform multiple position functions as needed during a shift, including cashier, host/hostess, food service, prep cook, and barista duties.
Prepare, sell, and serve food and beverages while following recipes and brand standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, and comply with sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Support kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
Operate a cash register, collect payments, make accurate change, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support marketing promotions.
Help guests locate products, place orders through Made to Order kiosks, and enroll in loyalty programs.
Provide food and drink samples and explain current offerings and promotions.
Identify and resolve guest or teammate issues and communicate ideas for improving operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment in accordance with brand standards.
