About The Position

The Fulfillment Team Member works with a team to assemble and kit printed products efficiently and accurately. The role helps maintain product quality, minimize costs, and meet customer specifications and deadlines. The 2nd shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with pay of $19.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, such as fulfillment, assembly, or food service.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8–10-hour shift and regularly lift 10–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and carry out assigned tasks.
• Assemble, package, verify, and prepare finished printed products in accordance with quality standards, customer specifications, and required quantities.
• Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
• Complete required paperwork, production records, and system entries accurately.
• Promptly communicate quality, safety, or material issues.
