Retail Team Member Sales - Watauga
About The Position
The Retail Team Member manages point-of-sale and credit card transactions, cash, and telephone inquiries while providing friendly, courteous, and attentive customer service. The role includes greeting customers promptly and helping them select and locate merchandise. Team members maintain the sales floor by managing hangers and textile sizing, returning empty racks and carts to the production area, restocking merchandise, and keeping all store areas clean and presentable. Other duties may be assigned as requested. The store is open seven days a week, from 8 AM to 7 PM; open schedule availability is preferred. The position is at Store #15, 7201 Rufe Snow Drive, Watauga, Texas, and is full-time at 40 hours per week, with days and hours varying and two days off per week.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or a team.
- Proficiency in basic math; ability to read and write.
- Ability to operate computerized equipment, including a POS system, credit card draft terminal, and pricing system.
- Ability to meet quotas and make pricing decisions based on product quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Physical stamina to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; stoop and reach up to six feet, using a ladder if needed; and pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds. Heavier lifting may be required with assistance.
- Sufficient mobility to work in any area of the facility.
- Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements; successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.

Responsibilities
