About The Position

As a Shoe Expeditor in the Women’s Shoe department, you help keep operations running smoothly by quickly locating and delivering products to selling colleagues, maintaining a clean and organized department, and providing exceptional customer service. The role calls for urgency, attention to detail, collaboration, and teamwork to support an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. It is a fast-paced retail position requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, provide assistance, and promptly address customer concerns.
• Conduct sales transactions, operate cash registers, handle payments, and process exchanges or returns.
• Pull orders from the stockroom quickly and accurately and stage them for sales colleagues.
• Locate and pull merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders.
• Arrange and replenish displays to maintain an orderly and visually appealing store.
• Organize the stockroom, process new and damaged items, perform shoe inventory, and scan items back into stock.
• Maintain accurate department pricing and signage, using technology to update prices, promotions, and product and fixture information according to company guidelines and policies.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
