Retail Support Associate - Shoe Expeditor, North Star Mall - Part Time
About The Position
As a Shoe Expeditor in the Women’s Shoe department, you help ensure smooth operations by quickly locating and delivering requested products to selling colleagues and keeping the department clean and organized. You contribute to an easy and enjoyable shopping experience through urgency, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. The role involves serving customers, processing sales transactions, fulfilling stockroom and digital orders, maintaining displays and inventory, and keeping pricing and signage accurate. The position requires flexibility to work retail shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
- Self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, provide assistance, and promptly address concerns to support a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct sales transactions, operate cash registers, handle payments, and process exchanges or returns.
- Pull orders quickly and accurately from the stockroom and stage them for sales colleagues.
- Locate and pull merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders.
- Arrange and replenish displays to maintain an orderly and visually appealing store.
- Organize the stockroom, process new and damaged items, perform shoe inventory, and scan items back into stock.
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the department, using technology to update prices, promotions, and product and fixture information according to company guidelines and policies.
- Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
