About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You are the face of the organization, represent its culture positively, and help guests connect with the brand and its inspired designs. You may flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with guests, using WOW Service Principles to connect with each guest and make a difference in their day.
Set goals and work to achieve them by building guest connections, growing the brand footprint, and supporting store performance.
Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
Educate guests about product details and make product suggestions suited to their needs and personal style.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events, and Operations as needed.
Proactively assist in resolving guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind-the-scenes work.
