About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, with a connection to its designs and purpose-driven brand. The role involves building guest relationships, supporting store performance, sharing the brand’s purpose and philanthropic efforts, educating guests about products and personal style, and flexing between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed. You also help resolve guest concerns and collaborate with the team to provide positive experiences.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest relationships using WOW Service Principles.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections and supporting brand growth and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests on product details and personal style, and make product suggestions that meet their needs.
• Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively help resolve guest concerns and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Support the team, including behind the scenes, to provide positive experiences for guests.
