About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you bring the Kendra Scott brand to life by providing “WOW” service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You represent the organization and its culture positively, connect with guests, share the brand’s designs and purpose, and support a positive guest experience across store activities.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Enjoy interacting with people and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Love of fashion and keeping up with trends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with guests, using WOW Service Principles to connect with them and make a difference in their day.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand’s footprint and store performance.
• Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively assist in resolving concerns to help ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind-the-scenes work.
