Retail Store Manager 2
About The Position
The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. The manager ensures customers receive an excellent experience with AT&T products and services, and conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The role includes coaching and developing retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training. Managers can earn monthly commissions by meeting or exceeding store sales objectives and may work during busy store periods, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
