About The Position
The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. The manager ensures customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services, and conducts additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The role includes coaching and developing retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
- Ensure the team meets sales and service goals.
- Oversee merchandising and product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.

- Salary of $55,000 to $82,600 plus $24,000 commission
