About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Store Manager for its Levis® Outlet Store in Kittery, ME. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate customer experience through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The ideal candidate will share Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and a drive for performance. This role involves leading a team to achieve financial targets, grow sales, build a strong team, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a strong customer focus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of store management experience
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and motivating others.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
