About The Position

The Retail Store Manager leads by example and inspires the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position oversees store operations—including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, and asset protection—and ensures the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The manager is the primary point of contact for store employees and is responsible for building and maintaining a motivated, engaged, high-performing team while achieving sales, customer experience, and operational goals.

The role requires strong leadership and a thorough understanding of the retail environment. It is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Employees may also earn uncapped commission based on individual performance, so total compensation varies with hourly wages and sales results. Benefits listed apply to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team; work in a fast-paced environment; and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on products, services, sales strategies, and leadership practices.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
• Follow and enforce United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
